♣ What are the payment options available on Ch'riHani®?

For your convenience, we try to offer as many payment options. Our online payment methods are certified by independent safety organizations.

    • Under agreement of Ch'riHani®'s customer service
  • Cash on delivery:
    • Be provided internally or with our third party transporters
    • With or without extra cost according to the condition of the order
    • available only on orders for delivery within Morocco

♣ How to make a secure online payment with international credit card?

To pay online via our partner platform Payzone, please select the option Secure payment and confirm your order.
You will be redirected (e) to a secure page to enter your bank details.
Once the payment is accepted, you will receive a validation Email your order.

P.S: Please note that we never store or keep any trace of our customers credit cards informations on our server.

♣ What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of payment fail, you can contact our Customer Service to get more help. You can also try checking:
1. The information transmitted to the payment terminal such as account details, billing address, password (if it apply)
2. Your internet connection

If your account has been charged after a payment fail, it will be canceled within seven (7) working days. You can contact Customer Service to get more help.
