Shipping charges if it is appropriate, include the preparation and packing fees as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend you to combine all your items in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

To follow a command, you can type the tracking number we sent to you via Email in the section on the website of our carrier. The tracking number of the order and the website link sent to you by email as soon as the order is shipped.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after confirmation of the order. They are shipped with a tracking number (except for shipping on casa) and off without signature. Packages can also be shipped delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, because it induces additional charges. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package.
After the confirmation of the order, you should receive your order within:
* 12-24 hours for orders Casablanca
* 2-3 working days for other regions of Morocco
* 3-30 days depending on the carrier chosen by the customer
In some cases and notemment if the payment was made in advance, there may be an element of your order that has failed quality tests that we can do before shipping the order. In this case, not to delay delivery, we send you the order without the product having an anomaly. We will send you thereafter the rest of the order. In case we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will refund all payments made to that effect within fifteen (15) days.
